This great, ECO-friendly holiday home with private pool and jacuzzi for 6 people is located in sunny El Médano in a top location only 300m from the sea and the nature-protected Pelada beach. The house is ideal for groups, couples, families and surfers. Privacy is guaranteed. The centre of El Medano is only 1,5 km... or 15 minutes on foot...

On the promenade of El Médano there are cafés, shops, bars and local restaurants. The image of Médano is mainly characterised by the red mountain, the "Montana Roja" and the numerous water sports enthusiasts. Sun worshippers, families with children and surfers all get their money's worth here. The village offers the longest natural sandy beach in Tenerife, which goes shallowly into the water. There are also several bicycle rental companies, a diving school and several surf/kite schools.
Various golf courses can be reached within 10 minutes.
Please note that due to the proximity of Tenerife South Airport, there may be some audible noise depending on the weather and wind direction.

The house offers you 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite ), air conditioning, solar tempered private pool with cover, jacuzzi for 6 persons, living / dining room with IP TV (therefore thousands of channels from all over the world and streaming possibilities), separate fully equipped kitchen, dining area / sofa / lounge area by the pool, sun loungers and fibre optic WiFi. This holiday home is air conditioned and has 9 solar panels for electricity, 4 for pool heating and 1 for hot water.

In the basement there is another living / bedroom designed as a hobby room with sofa bed, foosball, more sofas, TV and guest toilet. Since June '22, included in the price is another room in the basement with daylight, which can be used as a play and work room with 6 desks, a table tennis table, a dart board and a yoga/workout room with mats.

Upstairs you will find a spacious, cosy roof terrace with pergola, ceiling heating, further large dining area with charcoal barbecue, sofa corner, sun loungers and mountain views.

The pool and jacuzzi are cleaned twice a week. If the pool is left open for a long time without a cover in windy conditions, sand can collect in the pool and the water cools down quickly. If you use the pool a lot and need a third weekly cleaning due to high winds and sand flying, please just let us know and we will arrange it for you!

There is a change of bed linen, change of towels, beach towels, hair dryer, ironing kit and a washing machine available.
