Are you looking for recreation and tranquility? Do you want to recharge your batteries?

The holiday House with private pool and 3 bedrooms is located in a picturesque landscape apart from the mass tourism. It offers everything a quality-conscious house needs.

The 6.050 m² finca is embedded in a green garden with orange trees, fruit trees, palms and exotic plants. The house has 220 m² living space and a beautiful pool area. The pool with a lenght of 20 m is ideal for swimming practice. In the winter months the pool is tempered by the pool cover and solar energy.

The house is located about 480 m above the sea level in the commune Guia de Isora in the south-west of Tenerife. The access road to the plot is a residental street - dead end, no transit traffic - and is surveilled by video. Due to this fact no uninvited guests can reach the plot and the surrounding area unseen.

Underneath the finca, about 15 minutes by car, is the coastal village Los Gigantes. There is an impressive steep coast and the beach Playa de la Arena. Here you find, beneath the beaches, an excellent infrastructure with shopping malls (Lidl, Mercadona), restaurants, bars and service areas as well as a yachting harbour which offers various sports activities. The neighbouring coastal villages Alcala and Playa San Juan offer endless promenades and palm avenues that encourage you to go for a walk and linger.



The holiday House owns a big south-west oriented sun terrace with electric barbecue. There are three bedrooms with double beds and built-in wardrobes. One of the two bathrooms is en-suite. The two bathrooms are equipped with bath furniture covered in marble or granite, embedded washbasins, beautiful Spanish tiles, douche, bidet and bathtub.

The kitchen with built-in furniture, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, gas cooker with 4 flames and seperate grill, oven, etc. is imported from Germany. A combined living and diningroom offers enough space for 6 to 8 people. There you find a closable chimney, a large sofa with sleeping option and LED TV with several international satelite channels (astra satelite).

Above the workroom is a room for washing, drying and ironing. There you have access to the large rooftop terrace with an amazing view. Here you have the ability to experience individual sunsets every day.

The plot has unspoilt view of the Atlantic including the canarian islands La Gomera and La Palma. Furthermore you can see the mountains and in the winter the snowcapped Teide.

The hot water is primarily caused by the sun and a solar thermal system, but it can be also generated by a hot-water system. The house is equipped with central heating and a chimney in the living area. Moreover it has full heat insulation and insulating glass.

The House is perfect for large families, vacation with friends or for a group of athletes. In cloce vicinity to the finca is a starting area for paragliders. The location is also ideal for cyclists, motorcycle trips and hiking tours in the Teide National Park.


Pool: The pool is tempered by solar energy in the winter months (water temperature depends on the weather - no guarantee)

Christmas season: during Christmas and New Year´s Eve the minimum rental period is 14 days

Markets, shops and restaurants are located in Chio which is about 2 km away.
