Tenerife Holiday house with sea view, private pool & internet on finca in Icod

The holiday house with a privat pool is located in Las Patitas above Icod de los Vinos at a hight at about 450m. The property of the typical Canarian finca is located in a sheltered, quiet area, which offers a fantastic view on the sea and the mountains. The Teide is within reach.
The house was completely refurbished and renovated but the typical Canarian architecture was preserved. (renovated 2014).

The old town of Icod de los Vinos in the green north of Tenerife, with historic buildings, small cafes and shops as well as the Plaza with impressive trees, shows its southern romantic flair.
There is also the fourth longest cave in the world (18km) and the "lava cave Cueva de Viento" nearby the house. The tube has a net-like maze of underground passages with numerous branches that have not been explored yet to some extent.
Icod de los Vinos is also known by its "thousand-year-old Dragon Tree" which is the symbol of the picturesque town at the same time. There is a beautiful nature park with history from the time of the guanches, around the dragon tree which is 25 meters high and has about 10m trunk diameter.

The house impresses with its individual character, its traditional past and its modern 'Today'. It offers comfort through a combination of cozy atmosphere and modern design. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, an open living room, a hallway and a spacious kitchen with electrical appliances: a dishwasher, dryer, refrigerator, oven, stove, coffee maker, toaster, and so on...
A private pool which is on an approximately 2000 m² beautiful, untreated, planted with palm trees and various fruit trees property, is waiting for you. There is a sun terrace (about 40sm) with comfortable outdoor furniture.
