Property description
Place on the beautiful west coast of Puerto Santiago in a quiet, yet central location of this great property with large private villa, individual pool area and fantastic panoramic terrace. In total there are 3 holiday flats here.
Because the property is on a hill, it offers a splendid view of the sea. The surrounding shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
Each holiday flat has its own terrace with garden furniture and sea views. On the huge communal terrace surrounding the community pool, various seating and lounge furniture as well as the brick in the Andalusian style and furnished according to pavilion.
Of all the places from the sea view is breathtaking: the daytime the terrace invites for sunbathing and evening you can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. This terrace is really a highlight, not least because it is so large and offers many opportunities to relax.
Equipment
The holiday flat 3 with 60m² of living space consists of bedroom, living room with fitted kitchen, bathroom and terrace.
The kitchen contains fridge-freezer, hob, coffee machine, crockery etc... The bright and comfortable living room has living room suite, dining table, sat-TV and stereo.
In the bedroom, there are a double bed (2 separate mattresses, 90x200 each) and a big built-in wardrobe.
The bathroom contains shower, washbasin and WC. Towels and bedlinen are there in sufficient quantities.
The holiday flat has its own furnished terrace with beautiful sea views. The flat is on the upper floor. Access via an outside staircase.
Notes
In order to provide guests with optimal rest, the flat is only available for adults.
Arrival: Check-In is possible between 8:00 am and 11:00 pm.
The team of Ferienhaus-Canarias would like to inform you, that the location and view is very special. A guest said: the flat is beautifully situated, the view is unique and it would be difficult to find a comparable flat in Puerto Santiago.
But - the furniture in the flat is not brand new and does not meet today's modern standards. The landlady is already a bit elderly, but is still happy about every guest you may welcome

As promised, this property has a gorgeous sea view and offers a different sunset every evening. It is centrally located, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and at the same time totally quiet. The landlady and her staff were always approachable, very friendly and helpful.
A rental car is recommended if you want to see a bit more of the island. But there is also a very nice walk along the coast to the next village.
