From the bright living and dining area you can access your private sun terrace through the French doors. Here you will also find a garden table with chairs, as well as 2 sun loungers for your daily sunbath. Or you can retreat to your 2nd private terrace (10m2), which is built in loggia style.

A parking space is also available in the closed and secure residential area, as well as internet via fibre-optic Wlan in the entire flat.
