Sea view holiday flat in Alcala - Tenerife southwest coast

It's the top holiday flat in a private house with 3 flats at the outskirts of the fishing town of Alcalá in the best climatic zone of Tenerife.

Alcala is a small original fishing village on the southwest coast of Tenerife. You can easily do your shopping on foot. A few minutes' walk from the flat is a small bathing bay at the plaza, and a newly built sandy beach in the other direction. In the centre of the village there is also a large beautiful plaza with benches in the shade of old trees. The village centre by the sea is a good example of a typical fishing village with a small harbour, bizarre lava formations and fishing boats at the small harbour, narrow streets.

There are numerous grocery shops, boutiques and, of course, many restaurants and bars - also serving freshly caught fish. A pharmacy, medical centre, post office and banks are also available, as are bus stops with good connections to larger towns. The newly built beach promenade with playgrounds, sports facilities and several beaches is very attractive and has a high recreational value.

Alcalá is also a nice holiday resort for divers; there is a diving school on site.

The flat consists of 1 bedroom, living room with kitchen unit, bathroom and terrace.
The living room has 2 sofas of which one is a convertible couch, kitchen bar, sat-TV and W-LAN. The kitchen unit in the living room includes oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, toaster etc. In the bedroom, there is a double bed (150x190cm).

The spacious bathroom has shower, wash basin and WC. Towels, bath and tea towels as well as bedlinen are provided, too. The terrace has furniture and sea view. Additionally, there is a big roof terrace for all the guests with garden furniture and sun loungers and view of the sea.
