Property description
You will find this detached finca with heated private pool and great sea views in the sunny southwest of Tenerife. The holiday home belongs to Alcala and is located above the coastal village, about 2 kilometres from the centre.
Alcala is a typical Canarian village, you will meet many locals here, some of whom live from fishing. There is a fishing harbour, a small bathing bay (where you can climb ladders into the sea) and a pretty promenade that invites you to stroll and linger. You can also do your shopping easily on site, you will find various smaller shops and supermarkets here. If you want to eat out, you can try traditional, local dishes in one of the restaurants in the village. Try the fish dishes at Restaurante "Casa Juana", the fish is grilled on an open wood fire and tastes excellent.
In the village there is a plaza with old laurel trees, ideal for relaxing in the shade. You will also find cafés and wine bars here.
If you are planning a beach day, you will find the newly built sandy beach Playa Jaquita on the outskirts of Alcalá. There are also other inviting beaches in the immediate vicinity of the village.
Equipment
The detached finca holiday home, which is located above a banana plantation, offers you a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean. There is a great private pool on the enclosed property of the house. Palm trees provide the perfect holiday feeling. Sun loungers are available. In the outdoor area of the finca house there is also a partly covered terrace. The covered area has a table with 6 chairs where you can enjoy your meals with sea view.
The pool can be heated for the price for a fee.
The spacious finca house (approx. 120 m²) is equipped with 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have 2 single beds each (these can be pushed together), one bedroom has a double bed. The house has two bathrooms.
In the living room you will find a mix of modern and rustic furniture. There are 2 comfortable and nice sofas, a TV (satellite TV) and you also have internet access.
There is a large and well-equipped kitchen. Among other things, you will find a large refrigerator with freezer compartments, a gas cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker, etc....
The kitchen is equipped with a large dining table and chairs. A nice place to enjoy your meal together.

Great view of the sea and the Teide. Very good location for excursions and reaching the nearest towns and the airport.

A finca in the middle of banana plantations with a dream view over Alcalá to La Gomera. Behind the house, a magnificent view of the Teide.
You can enjoy the peace and quiet and still be in the village in a few minutes by car.The house met our expectations in all respects. Everything was tiptop clean, fly screens in front of all (!) windows and patio doors.
The pool is fantastic, the covered terrace a blessing!
The owner came within a very short time when we had problems with the hot water. Very friendly and helpful!!!The accommodation was beautiful and met my expectations
