Holiday flat by the sea & close to beach ✓ Balcony w/ great sea view | Alcala

The coastal town of Alcalá, popular with holidaymakers, is located in the sunny southwest of Tenerife between Playa San Juan and Los Gigantes. The flat is located on the second floor in a corner house, close to the promenade and the small fishing harbour. The sea view you have from the inside of the flat as well as from the balcony is simply marvellous. Depending on the day, you can even see as far as the neighbouring island of La Gomera.

Alcalá is one of the most beautiful fishing villages on the southwest coast of Tenerife. There are numerous grocery shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants. A pharmacy, medical centre, post office and banks are also available, as well as bus stops with good connections to larger towns. The newly built beach promenade with playgrounds, sports facilities and several beaches is very attractive. Shopping can easily be done on foot. There is a beautiful plaza with benches in the shade and a small fishing harbour. The wonderful sunny climate around Alcalá is also called a healing climate or microclimate.

Alcalá is also a nice holiday resort for divers, there is a diving school on site. Apart from a hotel, there is little tourism.

The holiday flat has a living area with a cosy sofa corner and an open, well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen bar provides visual separation and can be used as a work surface but also as a dining area.

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom.

The furnished balcony provides a wonderful view of the sea. You also have a beautiful sea view from the living rooms (except the bathroom).
