Property description
The modern flat is bright and offers a brilliant view of the sea from the 25m ² terrace. The location, 1st row to the sea and with proximity to the beach Playa La Ne in Radazul, together with the beautiful sea view, this flat offers the right feeling for a nice relaxing holiday!
The flat is furnished with bright and modern furniture and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a friendly, bright living room with two sofas, flat screen TV, a small table and a dining area. The kitchen is small but still equipped with everything you need on holiday.
There are two bedrooms - one with a double bed (150x190) and the other with 2 single beds (90x190). The bathroom has a large shower and a hairdryer and hand / bath towels.

Radazul is located in the southeast of the island, about 13 km from Santa Cruz.
The typical Tenerife black sand (Playa La Nea) is located in front of your apartment, just a few minutes walk away.
If you are planning an excursion, this is in the capital Santa Cruz, as it is only 10 minutes away by car. By contrast, it is 50 minutes to Tenerife South airport.
There are bus services right outside the front door.
