This beautiful 5-person holiday home with 2 terraces, garden, barbecue and sunbathing lawn and fantastic sea views is located on a 6,000 m² holiday finca with beautifully landscaped gardens with avocados, papayas, aubergines, peppers, nisperos, physalis and more...Those who wish to, can and may harvest fruit from the garden.

The extensive finca grounds are located above Puerto de la Cruz at about 300 m above sea level. It is a holiday paradise for young and old - there is a pool with a water slide, a sunbathing lawn with sun loungers, a Finnish sauna, fitness equipment and many other amenities on the finca. There are a total of 5 accommodation units and the main house with the reception.

The green Orotava valley is not far away from the centre of La Orotava and Puerto de la Cruz, but is also in a quiet location. It is a good starting point for many hiking routes and for exploring the entire island. On the coast there are the beautiful beaches of Playa el Socorro, Playa Bollullo and in Puerto the well-known beach Playa Jardin and the bathing area Lago de Martianez.

The approx. 90 m² holiday home is designed for up to 5 people. There is a living room with a sofa corner, dining table, TV with satellite TV and an open kitchenette - equipped for holidays, among other things with a 4-plate cooker, fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and other small appliances.

Of the two bedrooms, one has a 180 x 200 double bed and the other, a guest room, has a 160 x 200 double bed. The bathroom has a shower.

All guests of the finca have access to the pool, the sunbathing lawn, sun loungers, the sauna and fitness equipment.

The two terraces, one furnished in front of the house and a spacious roof terrace with sun loungers, the private outdoor area with barbecue, garden and sunbathing lawn, as well as the fantastic sea view, complete the holiday ambience.
