Property description
This is a junior suite which we call the wedding suite because the ambiance is so romantic.
The suite with balcony and stunning sea views is located in a nice complex (opened in 2008) at the upper end of the town of Icod de los Vinos, about 340m above sea level.
Overall, the house offers 42 individual units with different features and sizes.
A lift, pharmacy, parking, interior patio, a communal terrace, large Jacuzzi and a restaurant are also available. The friendly staff is on site to answer your questions.
Icod de los Vinos is a popular holiday town on the green north of the island and as the name suggests, a wine -growing region. Icod is also known for its legendary "thousand year old dragon tree". Around the Drago el Milenario there is a nature park "Parque del Drago" with walking paths and many plants of the island.
The old town of Icod de los Vinos with numerous historical buildings, small cafes and shops, the Plaza with impressive trees is reflecting the Mediterranean flair.
Above Icod de los Vinos is the entrance to the Cueva del Viento . The cave system of the Cueva del Viento has a currently known length of about 17km on three levels.

This beautiful junior suite with a small kitchen (with microwave, electric stove, coffee maker, toaster) and balcony is located on the top floor of the house.
