As the villa is situated on a hillside, it offers spectacular views of the sea, the mountains and the towns of La Caleta, Los Cristianos and Playa de las Américas.

Chayofa is located above the tourist metropolis of Los Cristianos and Playa Las Americas, approx. 300 m above sea level. This tranquil and well-kept villa location is known for its pretty gardens.

While Chayofa is wonderfully quiet and green, you are only a few minutes' drive from the beautiful long sandy beaches of Los Cristianos to La Caleta and golf courses on the south-west coast of the island. The airport is also only 14 km away. A hire car is not essential, but is recommended. In Chayofa itself there are tennis courts, several restaurants and two small supermarkets.

The second bedroom also has its own bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, bathrobes and 14-carat gold-plated fittings. A separate guest toilet is also available.

The large south-facing terrace with dining area for 6 people, lounge furniture, sun loungers and barbecue offers views of the pool and fantastic views of Los Cristianos, the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains. The communal pool is located on the ground floor.
