The elegant villa with heating privatepool in Callao Salvaje - on the sunny south-west coast of Tenerife - is comfortable and suitable for those who are looking for silence and relaxation. The unspoilt sandy bay, where you can go swimming, and the city centre with restaurants and many other shops can be reached by foot in only 10 minutes.

A privatepool, electrically heated from end of October to beginning of April (ca. 24-26 °C), with a partly covered terrace, shower, sun loungers, terrace furniture, BBQ and a separate seating corner are at your disposal.

The town Callao Salvaje has a well-kept tennis complex. For those who prefer golfing, the next golf court in Los Cristianos or Costa Adeje can be reached in some minutes by car.

The villa has 150qm living space and can accommodate up to 6 people. In the villa, you can find a living and a dining room, a separate, completely equipped kitchen (dishwasher, mircrowave, oven, Ceran ceramic hob with 4 hotplates, coffee machine, toaster etc...) with modern built-in cupboards, as well as 3 bed- & bathrooms.

In the living room you can have a seat on the comfortable couch set. There you can find satellite television, a DVD-player and several DVDs. A step separates optically the living room from the dining room for 6 people.

Two of the three bedrooms are equipped with a luxurious double bed and a bathroom en suite including shower, WC, washbasin and bidet. The third bedroom has two stylish single beds and also a shower with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet.

The stylishly furnished villa has a heatd private pool to relax, surrounded by a terrace. A barbecue for an open air dinner is also available.
