The comfortable finca villa on a VIP finca above the typical Canary fishing village near Playa San Juan, 260m above sea level, provides holidays of the highest level. It is located very quiet and private and you have a wonderful view of the sea.

The finca provides full comfort. It disposes for example of a heated community pool (8x8m), pool bar.
Another highlight of the finca is the big tropical garden (7.600sqm) with ornamental plants and fruit trees and oasis of peace. It is perfect to relax and to enjoy the peace and quiet.

This villa, with luxurious furnishings and comfort, disposes of a big living room with glass front which enables to have a fantastic view outside, couch set, dinette and kitchen unit, as well as an electric chimney for cosy hours. It also has a modern corner kitchen with 4 hotplates ceran stove, oven, combined with microwave, big fridge, dish washer, filter for potable water, espresso machine etc.

You can relax in the 2 bedrooms with a double bed (separate mattresses) and a bathroom each. Both bathrooms have a shower, washbasin, WC, bidet, hair dryer, bathrobe, make-up mirror and high-quality towels and bath towels.

You can enjoy the sun and the view of the Atlantic on the terrace with comfortable furniture.
The pool, the Jacuzzi and the oasis of peace invite to relax as well.

- Price for 1-2 persons is use 1 bedroom
- Price for up to 4 people is use 2 bedrooms
- 1 cot + highchair only on prior availability request. Price 40 € once for the entire stay
- Minimum rental period in Christmas is 14 days.
- A one-time fee of 30 Euro will be charged for arrivals after 20:00

In Playa San Juan (app.3km) and in Guia de Isora (app.2km), you can find typical Spanish restaurants with tapas, fresh fish and Canarian wine, gourmet restaurants, bars, cafés etc, as well as shops, supermarkets, boutiques.
