This quietly situated holiday house with heated pool lies on a finca with 8000m², above La Candelaria in the sunny south of Tenerife, ca. 250m above sea level. It is one of 4 holiday houses on the finca and surrounded by nature. Each house is detached, with its own property, garden, pool, terrace and bbq site and has its own access. Here, you can enjoy the silence and nature during your holidays.

The town Candelaria is located on the sunny south coast of Tenerife, about 20km south of Santa Cruz, and is the most important place of pilgrimage on the Canary Islands. In the church Basílica de Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria, which can be seen from a far distance, the figure of the patron saint, the Virgen de la Candelaria, is kept.
Every year on 2nd of February and on 14th and 15th of August, thousands of people make a pilgrimage to the church of Candelaria. In August you can experience parades, fireworks and a fiesta.

The holiday house impresses with warm, sunny colours in the whole house and is suitable for up to 4 people with 1 bedroom and a convertible couch in the living room.
The living room with the typical Canary brick kitchen unit offers gas cooker, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, etc., a comfortable convertible couchbed and sat-TV.

The bedroom consists of a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom has shower, wash basin and WC. It has 2 doors and thus can be reached from the bedroom and from the living room. Bedlinen, towels and bath towels are available.

In front of the house, there is the terrace with bbq. The private pool (diameter: ca. 5,5m) is in the garden beside the house, just as the bbq site and the pergola. The pool is heated from October - April (25°) You also have your own parking space.
