The modern and stylishly furnished villa with fantastic sea view is located in Santa Ursula, on the picturesque north coast of Tenerife.
The villa has a furnished sea-view terrace and a garden with a beautiful pool. This is shared by you and possibly the travelers of the second villa and offers space to relax in the sun.

The tourist pearl of the north, Puerto de la Cruz, is just 10 - 15 minutes away by car. There are numerous possibilities to make your time active - the famous Loro Park, the remarkable botanical garden on great architecture, museums, from the long promenade through to fine sandy beaches and many shopping opportunities
the Santa Úrsula area itself is very popular with nature lovers, because there is the beautiful Orotava Valley with an extensive network of hiking trails, mountain bike trails and bridle paths nearby. The landlady herself, has incidentally a riding finca and offers rides and horse riding lessons!

The villa offers 140sqm of living space for five people and was just newly renovated and furnished. (As of summer 2014) It impresses with its great sea view and tasteful decor. It covers two floors and is beautifully bright and airy fresh due to the large window. The living room with a comfortable sofa and dining area is in the lower area. From here you have access to the terrace and the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and tastefully fitted and leaves nothing to be desire with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender and other kitchen utensils. On the upper floor are three bedrooms. Two rooms with double bed (1.35 x 1.90m), one with bathroom en suite. The third bedroom has a single bed (0.90 x 1.90m). Another bathroom with shower, sink and toilet is also available.

There are a variety of restaurants, bars, shops (from the bakery to the boutique) and supermarkets (Lidl, Mercadona and Hiper Dino are almost in one spot with (in fact!) a particularly good range) in the quite lively and sympathetic center of Santa Ursula.
You can easily do bulk purchases in the nearby shopping center 'Al Campo' below La Orotava / above Puerto Cruz (just 5km away) and shopping trips make up just fine in Puerto de la Cruz.
