Property description
This holiday flat is located in a two party house "La Pardela" directly near the sea in an exclusive location only about 20 m above the sea. The house is at the end of banana plantation in a calm urbanisation.
Whether you enjoy the sunset at your private terrace while you listen the rushing of the sea, enjoy the sun in the small garden on sunloungers and hear the birds twittering or let your soul dangle during you are fishing at the bay - here you can forget about the time easily.
Surroundings and leisure activites: In the neighboting bay, only 5 minutes away, there is the large sand beach "El Socorro". You can watch the surfers and sometimes also paragliders who land there, from the terrace of the small restaurant. Directly in front of your door several hiking trails start. Who wants to go shopping can reach Puerto de la Cruz, the largest holiday destination of the North, or the romantic old town of La Orotava in about 10 minutes. In the surrounding area you can do several sports, leisure and familiy activities. We would be pleased to give you further information on site.
Important note:
The urbanisation "La Pardela" is a private and calm resort.
The renter asks for understanding, that reservations with children under the age of 14 can not be accepted.

The lovely furnished flat with private entrance offers a living and dining room with large sofa bed (200 x 200 cm), free WiFi and satellite TV. The bedroom is furnished with double bed (140 x 200 cm) and spacious closets. In the bathroom you find a shower and a corner bathtub with sea view.
The kitchen is well equipped with ceran stove, fridge, oven, coffee machine and toaster.
There is a terrace with sea view and comfortable garden furniture as well as a garden with two sunbeds. Own access to the sea bay, which lies below the holiday flat
Free parking lots are directly in front of the house.

We were received very nicely and no questions were left unanswered. The flat is exactly as described. Everything is very clean, well maintained and modern. Because of the way the house is built, you are almost undisturbed. However, due to the somewhat remote location, you should definitely rent a car. We would love to come back!
