Little and low-priced holiday house in La Mancha near Icod de los Vinos

This little and low-priced bungalow is located in La Mancha, at the beautiful north coast of tenerife, about 200m above the sea level.
La Mancha is in the middle of a wine-growing area underneath of Icod de los Vinos and therefore offering a rural atmosphere. Be informed that the formerly quiet location was slightly influenced by a new road which was built a few years ago. Below the house the valley extends down to the steep coast and gives the opportunity to go for a nice walk.

The holiday house is next to the owner´s residential building. Both houses share the tropical garden. In front of the kitchen lies the green patio as the centre of the house, which can be shared as well. From this patio, stairs lead up to the roof terrace, which offers a nice view of the ocean and Teide.
Behind the living and sleeping area there is another terrace with a dining table. This one is for your private use.
The patio has also access to the owner´s house and her ceramic workshop. The ones who are interested can visit her courses in ceramics or just stop by for a glas of wine and some tips for excursions.

You enter the house through a separate entrance. At first, you step into the original kitchen including a seating corner, 2 Hotplates, Coffee machine, Fruit press, Toaster and a Fridge with freezer.
On one site of the kitchen there is the living and the sleeping area equipped with a big built-in Cupboard, a Sofa, Satellite-TV, CD-radio as well as Speakers for notebooks.
On the other site you get to nostalgic bathroom which disposes of a wash basin, a shower, toilet and hairdryer.
On the terrace you can find sun loungers, garden furniture as well as a barbecue and even an external shower.
You have sea view from the roof terrace and the terrace behind the living and sleeping area is at zour disposal. The holiday house is fitted and furnished in a simple but holidaygood way.
