Vv registered, this generous sized holiday house with pool heatable is situated in Callao Salvaje, Adeje, on the south west coast of tenerife. From the large terrace with private pool you have incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean as well as the island La Gomera.

It is a 10 minute walk to the local beach and all amenities such as bars, shops and restaurants. There is a spa, gym, tennis courts and paddle courts in the immediate vicinity of the house. The Adeje Golf Course is 10 minutes away by car and the beautiful Abama Golf is 5 minutes away by car. Other courses are located in the surrounding area. The lively and popular towns of Los Cristianos and Las Americas with their attractions and amenities are only 10 minutes away and the airport is only 20 minutes away.

The house consists of a large living area, dining area, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 of which are en suite bathrooms), a utility room (incl. washing machine), a spacious terrace and a private pool. From the terrace you have an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean and the neighbouring island of La Gomera with its spectacular sunsets.

The living room has a large sitting area and a TV area with UK TV system and DVD / CD player. The large table in the living area offers space for the entire family. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary utensils such as microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

The bedrooms are divided as follows:

BEDROOM 1 is a large bedroom with a king sized bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, chest of drawers and built in wardrobes for plenty of storage. Double patio doors open out to the pool making the room light and airy. Bedroom one has an en suite with walk in shower lots of cupboard space. There is also a safe in this bedroom to keep your passports / valuables secure during your stay

BEDROOM 2 A large room with a super king bed, 3 seater sofa, cupboard space for clothing and close proximity to the shared bathroom with both shower bath and sink facilities.

BEDROOM 3 Another large bright and airy bedroom with a king size bed, bed side tables, build in wardrobes and drawers. A good size room with patio doors opening out to the pool area.

BEDROOM 4 A light airy room has 2 singles beds Fitted wardrobes provide ample storage. This room comes with an En Suite with sink and shower facilities. Large window overlooking the terrace and stunning views over looking the Atlantic.

The terrace has seating and tables to relax and take in the surroundings, lots of space for eating and socialising. To the side of the villa is a large BBQ area.

The pool area has sun loungers and seating. From here you can access the bedrooms on the lower floor and also the utility room and stairs to the upper floor. The pool can be heated on request (approx. 22- 25 degrees).

Parking is available in front of the house.
