This beautiful private holiday home with pool, internet and garden is located between the beautiful coastal town of Puertito de Güímar and the pretty village of Arafo, about 250 metres above sea level. The house is detached and the pool is for your exclusive use. The sun terrace with sun loungers invites you to sunbathe and relax, and the covered barbecue area is perfect for wonderful convivial barbecues with family or friends. There is also another small room with a washing machine.

The holiday home is an ideal place for those who want to relax on holiday and for families with children. The location is a good starting point for hikes in the Montaña de las Arenas or Cumbre Dorsal areas.

Arafo is in a rural location and surrounded by fruit trees and vineyards. The church with its elaborate carvings is in the centre of the village and is well worth a visit. The plaza in front of the church invites you to linger and relax. The surrounding beaches are also within easy reach by car.

The holiday home has 80 m² of living space plus a small annexe of approx. 12 m² and is suitable for up to 4 people plus a baby. The wooden construction makes for a particularly pleasant atmosphere and indoor climate.

The stylish furnishings are impressive throughout the house. The living room also has a television with German channels. The adjoining open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need (oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, etc.). There are 2 bedrooms in the house; one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower with massage jets, a washbasin and a toilet.

The property is surrounded by a wall, so you can enjoy your holiday here completely undisturbed. You can relax on the terraces and enjoy a fantastic view of the sea.
