Property description
This is a typical Canaric house with private pool, surrounded by rich green banana plantations in El Rincon in the Orotava valley on the green north side of Tenerife.
The Orotava valley (Valle de Orotava) spans great green areas with countless banana plantations. The beautiful city centre of La Orotava is about 15 minutes by car away and is under monumental protection. The beaches of Playa de Bollullo, del Pozo, los Patos and Playa del Ancón in El Rincon are real sleepers. Mostly locals, only few tourists go to these beaches. Neither rush nor mass tourism rule in El Rincon, although calm, relaxation, nature and beautiful hiking paths. The place stretches from the sea up towards the mountains and above the hole green, rich in bananas Orotava valley.

The authentic canaric furnished holiday house has a living space of 55 qm on 2 levels. It gives a magnificent view on the Atlantic Ocean and the banana plantations. The holiday house has a living room with satelite TV, a small kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, stove etc., 1 bedroom with 2 beds and direct access to the balcony, 1 shower bath, private pool, terrace and 2 balconies. It is thought for 2 persons plus baby.
The living room and the bedroom are located on the upper level.
The balconies and the terrace certainly are highlights. You can have a glass of wine and look at the stars on your balcony or you could have your breakfast on the balcony next to the kitchen with sea view. This is holiday at its best. On the pool terrace are 2 sunloungers for sunbathing.

Of course we watched the photos of the house before we went there. But to be honest, we didn't expect it would be as nice as the photos. But in fact, it was even better! When we arrived where was a bottle of wine and olives for us to take. A very nice welcome.
Another reviewer mentioned that the swimming pool wasn't that clean. Well, I couldn't disagree more. Every day the pool gets cleaned and the water examined. I do not see how that could be filthy?!
The house as well is very clean and has all the things you possibly need. The house is situated between the banana plants and gives you a lot of privacy. If you are looking for a quit romantic holiday away from enormous touristic resorts, this is it. (but don't forget to rent a car)
