The exclusive and well-equipped holiday home is situated in a quiet residential area in Puerto de la Cruz on the green northern coast of Tenerife. Due to the location you have a fantastic view of the sea and the town of Puerto de la Cruz, which at night turns into a glittering sea of ​​lights.

The lively & popular tourist resort of Puerto de la Cruz with numerous corporate opportunities such as the famous Loro Park, the beautiful old town and the beautiful sandy beaches can be reached in just a few minutes. Also a bus stop with good connections is about 1.5km from the house.

The house has a beautifully designed outdoor area, which consists among other things of a large terrace with a heated pool, Jacuzzi, a cozy seating area, sun loungers and a small adjacent garden. Here you can leave your stress behind and find peace and relaxation in a private atmosphere.

The house extends over 120 square meters, offers enough space for 4 people and impresses with its colorful and modern design. The spacious living area consists of an open and fully equipped kitchen. A beautiful wooden dining table with chairs and a comfortable sitting area with 2 leather sofas, coffee table, DVD player, books, children's games, a flat screen with satellite TV and Internet access (WiFi) and a radio are also located in the living area.

There are two bedrooms, each one has a double bed, which provide high quality mattresses for a great sleep and it has an access to the sun terrace. Furthermore, there is a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, a hair dryer and an additional guest toilet.

There are supermarkets, farmer's market and restaurants in Santa Ursula as well as in neighboring La Orotava.
