Property description
If you love horses and nature, this riding finca in Santa Ursula is the right place for you. The 17,000m² finca offers riding lessons as well as hiking tours. The finca has a beautiful pool area and a riding paddock.
The finca is located near Cuesta de Villa, a typical Spanish village in Santa Ursula. The municipality is particularly popular with nature lovers, because here lies the beautiful Orotava valley with an extensive network of hiking routes, mountain bike trails and bridle paths. In Santa Ursula you will find restaurants, cafés and various shopping facilities. You can also quickly reach Puerto de la Cruz with its romantic old town, beautiful sandy beaches and the famous Loro Park.
Equipment
From the beautiful pool area of the finca you have a wonderful view of the sea, the Orotava valley and the Teide.
The 2-person studio with about 25 m² consists of a living-bedroom with kitchenette. In the living room there is a double bed, a sofa, various small pieces of furniture and a TV with satellite TV.
The kitchenette is relatively large and equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances such as a cooker, oven and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. A bathroom is of course also available.
By the way... in the region of Santa Ursula and La Matanza there are many "Guachinches" - ask your landlord about them because in these rustic restaurants you get typical Canarian cuisine and it is often the mum or grandma that cooks here...
