Beautiful holiday flat with 3 terraces and sea view in San Jose

Your dream holiday in a three-room holiday flat with a separate entry is located at the entrance to San Jose, approx. 2.5 km above San Juan de la Rambla. The fantastic view of the Atlantic, the Teide and the valley will inspire you!

San Jose is located at an altitude of approx. 300 m, between Puerto de la Cruz and Icod de los Vinos. Puerto de la Cruz is about 15 minutes away by car. Restaurants, bars, pharmacy, bakery and supermarket are only a few minutes away.

The flat has 3 terraces which are only available to you. The large roof terrace is equipped with a cosy seating area and sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. One terrace is equipped with a table, 4 chairs, barbecue and a sun lounger where you can have a relaxed breakfast or barbecue.

The holiday home is comfortably furnished with 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (145 x 200) and the second with a double bed 150 x 200 plus wardrobe.

The kitchen is fully equipped: cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, large fridge-freezer, table with 4 chairs and all important kitchen utensils. In the living room there is a sofa, a wall unit and satellite TV. The bathroom has a level shower, washbasin, hairdryer, hand and bath towels.

The washing machine can be used for a fee (2,00 €). There are enough parking spaces in front of the house.

Out of consideration for other guests, the flat is non-smoking. You can use the wonderful terraces for smoking.

Should it get too chilly for you in the flat, you can get a portable gas heater which is operated with gas bottles of 11 kg. The gas bottle can be bought or exchanged for a full one at the petrol station or one of the many traders who come to the house several times a week.

Restaurant, bars, bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser, bank approx. 500 m away. Supermarket approx. 3000 m.
