Property description

The flats are located in the popular fishing town of Playa San Juan with little tourism at the south-west coast of Tenerife, the sunniest and warmest climatic zone of the island.

The holiday flats with 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen and balcony are located on the 1st and 2nd floor. The beach can be reached in just a few minutes.

Although the town has been growing over the years, the centre around the plaza and at the seaside remained unspoiled. Holidays in Playa San Juan means to experience the locals and their way of life. You can experience their lifestyle by going to bars, restaurants, cafes or go out at night to one of the typical "fiestas" of the Canary Islands.

There are many restaurants, bars with WiFi-Zone (free WiFi), several shops and a huge sandy beach with a small port close to the house.

Equipment

The flats are equipped with a bedroom including a double bed and built-in wardrobe, living room and kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee machine, crockery, bar, etc...).

The bathrooms are partly furnished with shower and some with bathtub, washbasin, toilet and bidet.

Each flat has a balcony with table and 2 chairs (side sea view).
