This modern and beautiful holiday apartment is located in the southwest of Tenerife, in Los Gigantes / Puerto de Santiago, directly above Playa la Chica beach. The holiday apartment is centrally located and offers beautiful sea views from the living room and balcony.

Several bars, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping facilities are within walking distance. Playa La Arena in Puerto de Santiago, with its fine black sand beach, is about a 15-minute walk from the holiday apartment. The old fishing port of Puerto de Santiago is also just a few minutes' walk away, and the marina of Los Gigantes, located directly on the steep cliffs of ‘Acantilado de los Gigantes’, huge rock faces that rise up to 500 metres steeply from the sea, can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. The marina of Los Gigantes offers various boat trips, including whale and dolphin watching and deep-sea fishing.

The holiday apartment is in an excellent location for excursions and hikes.

The flat, with one bedroom, living room, open-plan kitchen, spacious bathroom and balcony, offers approx. 65 m² of wonderful space for two holiday guests and is located on the third floor of a very well-maintained residential building with a lift and two entrances.

The open-plan kitchen, equipped with high-quality electrical appliances, adjoining living area and separate workspace, as well as the balcony, furnished with a table and two chairs, offer a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean and invite you to relax and unwind.

The kitchen is very well equipped:
3-ring ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartments, washing machine (all Bosch household appliances), as well as coffee machines, microwave, toaster, kettle, all necessary cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
In the living area, you will find a large dining table with 4 chairs, an extra work table with a chair, a sofa, a large living room wall with plenty of storage space and a modern flat-screen TV with internet connection, fast Wi-Fi and a small radio/CD music system.
The living room leads to the balcony, which is equipped with a table and 2 chairs and 2 awnings for shade.
The bedroom has a large, spacious built-in wardrobe, a large double bed (160 x 200), 2 bedside tables and 2 reading lamps, a chest of drawers, a small television and a portable fan.

The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub with shower, washbasin with vanity unit, and toilet. There is also a large three-door cupboard with various household utensils, ironing board, iron, and clothes horse.

Access to the flat is partially wheelchair accessible and only possible via the upper entrance on the 4th floor.
The flat is also ideal for long-term holidays and winter visitors.
