Property description
Beautiful newly renovated holiday flat with pool area in the popular village of Santa Ursula. The flat is located in a tranquil residential area, which is a perfect base for those who want to explore the island in its entirety away from the tourist hustle and bustle.
There is a small supermarket and restaurant at the end of the residential complex, and a large supermarket about 10 minutes' walk away. In the surrounding area you will find a variety of things to do. The mountains with wonderful hiking routes along the coast or in the Anaga Mountains start only a few kilometres away.
Santa Úrsula and the surrounding area are also very popular with nature lovers, as the beautiful Orotava Valley is located here with an extensive network of hiking routes, mountain bike trails and bridle paths. You can also quickly reach the tourist pearl Puerto de la Cruz with its romantic old town, beautiful sandy beaches and the famous Loro Park.
Equipment
This holiday flat has been newly renovated and is bright and modern, with Wi-Fi and smart TV. The flat is located on the 3rd floor of a residential complex with a communal pool and well-kept green areas. The terrace faces the street, so you also have a sea view. There is a lift in the building.
The living spaces are divided into a living and dining room with open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen has all the cooking and kitchen utensils you need for your holiday. The living area is equipped with a dining table for 4 people, a sofa and smart TV.
The bedroom has a 160x200cm double bed. In the bathroom there is a shower, washbasin, WC and a hairdryer.
On the terrace you have 2 seating areas, wonderful for breakfast or to end the day with a glass of wine in the evening with a view of the sea.
The pool is for communal use, there are no deckchairs, you just lie down on the lawn with a beach towel to sunbathe and tan.

This was by far the best holiday flat we have been offered in the Canaries in recent years. The owner, David, gave us an extremely warm welcome and gave us a comprehensive introduction. The flat is in top condition, very modern and meticulously clean. Nothing else was missing. Highly recommended.
