The sand beaches of Los Cristianos, Playa Las Americas and Costa Adeje are less than 10 minutes away by car. The golf courses of Las Americasm Costa Adeje and Abama Golf can be reached in 5 to 15 minutes depending on the course. Several restaurants, a supermarket and a tennis court are within walking distance.

The water park "Siam Park", the shopping mall "Siam Mall", the tourist resorts Los Christianos and Las Americas are 3 or 5 minutes away by car.

The most impressive beach here is the picture-perfect beach Bahia del Duque. Do you play golf? There are 5 courses available in the immediate vicinity. The hiking paradises around the Pico del Teide, the Chinyero, Vilaflor, Ifonche and the Barranco del Infierno are only a few minutes away by car.

The southern airport Reina Sofia is about 15 minutes away by car.

This elegant villa leaves nothing to be desired. On the 250m² living area are the following rooms: a living and dining room (120m²), 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, guest toilet, kitchen and an additional 40m² furnished terrace.

The living / dining room with sofa, dining area and other cosy sitting areas is huge (120m²). Adjacent to the living room is the 40m² south-facing terrace with stunning sea views and patio furniture.

The spacious gourmet kitchen by Siematic has everything you need for cooking: Ceran hob, electric oven (80cm long), fridge with icemaker for cube and crash ice, freezer compartment, dishwasher, water filter, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, iron and ironing board, pantry with storage cupboards and more, because you want to live like you do at home when you are on holiday....

There is a double bed in each of the 3 available bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with marble fittings, round bath, shower, double washbasin, WC, bidet, urinal, bathrobes, vanity mirror and 14-carat gold-plated fittings.
The second bedroom also has its own bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC, bathrobes and 14-carat gold-plated fittings. A separate guest WC is also available.
