Bungalow with sea view & pool in the popular La Quinta Park/ Tenerife

The modern and friendly designed bungalow with 2 private terraces, one 45 square meters large with stunning sea views and an approximately 20 square meters large terrace facing front garden, is located within the resort La Quinta Park.

The La Quinta Park is a very popular with holidaymakers row-house facility with an attached 4 -star hotel, large, well-kept and therefore, landscaped gardens and several swimming pools that are available to all guests.
The tranquil and idyllic location below Santa Ursula and above the Atlantic, bringing a wonderful sea view with it, not least because the houses are arranged terraced.


The total facilities of the La Quinta Park are available to holiday guests. The complex includes two swimming pools, one with a very large heated pool. In addition, sun loungers everywhere available in sufficient quantity. The hotel also features a reception, lifts, a restaurant, a bar, a small supermarket and a hairdresser. For a manageable fee you can use the Spa-area with indoor swimming pool, extra whirlpool, sauna, templarium with two whirlpools and steam bath or exercise various sports such as tennis, squash, fitness, minigolf or billiards.

Note: Since the hotel is located above, you get virtually nothing with of the event, even if it is a large property, you can spend a peaceful and relaxing holiday !

The bungalow has two bedroom, the bigger one with a king-size bed and sea view and the smaller one with a single bed. In the livingroom is a couch with the possibilty to sleep on, for example a second child. There is also a television. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, for example a refrigerator - freezer combination, an oven, coffee maker, toaster, juice squeezer and dishes. In the bathroom is a bathtub with a shower included. As well belonging to the bungalow interior are a table for 4 people and a washing machine, that makes it especially interesting for longer stays. The house has all in all 2 patios, one is 45qm with a wonderful sea view and the other one is 20qm big, both are furnished.

In the alive and sympathic centre of Santa Ursula are different restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. Shopping tours can be made in Puerto de la Cruz or in the shopping centre "Al Campo".
