This large 2 bedroom apartment is located in a beautiful new complex with 42 apartments on the upper end of the town of Icod de los Vinos, about 340 meters above the sea. Each apartment is furnished slightly different and very individual.
Icod de los Vinos is famous for its "thousand year old dragon tree" with a beautiful natural park (with the history of the "Guanchen" time and a cave). The old town of Icod de los Vinos with numerous historical buildings, small cafes and shops, the Plaza with impressive trees is reflacting the Canarian romantic flair.
The complex has a typical Canarian patio, a large shared terrace with sea view, large Jacuzzi (4mx2, 5m) as well as a lift. There is an typical Canarian restaurant with delicious specialties in the complex.

The spacious living room with fireplace (coal, there are many gas stations and in some stores) is perfect for cozy evenings. Of course digital Satellite TV.
