In one of the most beautiful area of the Island, on the cliff of Lomo Roman - Santa Ursula, this villa its surrounded by marvelous gardens which assure peace and tranquility, and has its own swimming pool (5 mt x 8 mt) and garages. It’s 2 minutes driving from the characteristic small village of Santa Ursula, and 5 minutes driving from the golf club La Rosaleda, and from the movida of Puerto de la Cruz with all its bars and restaurants.

Various terraces overlooking the sea, 3 double rooms, 1 single room, 1 separate and indipendent studio with 2 twin beds and a toilet, a spacious living room with 2 sofa beds, a well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and one toilet, a big terrace all around the house and another one on the roof.

The holiday home has various terraces, among others, overlooking the sea.
Living room layout: in the house there are 3 double bedrooms (160cm x 200) and 1 single bedroom (90cm x 200). A spacious living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons (140cm x 200) and a sofa for one person (90cm x 200).
The kitchen is fully equipped. A bathroom en suite is in the master bedroom, a 2nd bath next to the second and third bedrooms. Furthermore, there is next to the living room a guest toilet with sink.

There is also a separate and independent guest room, which is located by the pool with 2 single beds (90cm x 200) and a guest toilet with a sink. The room is also available if more than 10 people arrive.

The villa has a private pool (5 mx 8 m) and garages.

- The house is also ideal for family holidays, holidays with friends and for small groups!

- Additonal cleaning fee for a fee : 80,00 €

- Rental fee of the beach towels is 20,00 € / towel and will be refunded upon return of the towels

- The landlady welcomes you very much personally on site and will be happy to give you helpful tips about their favorite places hidden places and much more!

You can easily reach various supermarket in 2 minutes driving or 10 minutes walking. Puerto de La Cruz is only few minutes driving and there you can find hundreds of restaurants. But if you prefer you can also stay in the small village of Santa Ursula, where there are very good typical restaurants.
