This large beach house, located directly at the Atlantic, is in the sunny south of Tenerife/ El Medano. This detached house provides a large furnished patio with a magnificent view over the Atlantic Ocean.

El Medano is known as a kite and surfing area, because there prevail the perfect winds.
The place itself has remained still original and therefore no mass tourism, ideal to spend a relaxing holiday.

Behind the mountain Montaña Roja (Red Mountain), which is a nature reserve, is the beach La Tejita, which is partly designated as nudist beach and the longest sandy beach of Tenerife.
El Medano is also not far from the highway, good starting point for exploring the island to sights such as the Teide, to explore the Masca Valley or the Anagamountains or to visit the areas of Los Cristianos, Las Americas or even the capital of Santa Cruz.

Perfect beach house for families or groups. Single storey this house is located on oceanfront, in between is only a beach promenade with restaurants and shops. In total there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and an open kitchen.

The living room with sea view is equipped with different sized sofas and a TV. Adjacent is the the dining area, which is next to the open plan kitchen. This comes among other things with a ceramic hob with 4 plates, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and other useful kitchen utensils. Also in the kitchen is the washing machine. The master bedroom has a double bed (1,50 x 1,90 m) and sea view, in the other bedrooms are each 2 single beds (0,90 x 1,90 m). The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet.

The large terrace is fully furnished and offers a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Montana Roja. Also located outdoors is a shower.

Good fibre optic wifi so you can bring any portable device to connect to the TV and watch any programme over the internet.
