Cottage with a large terrace and panoramic view of the sea / La Mancha coast

The cozy Canarian cottage. Is located in a  very tranquil rural area outside the town of Icod de los Vinos, in the green Northwest of the island.it has panoramic views of the famous Teide Volcano and the Atlantic Ocean which is situated very close by. The cliffs are only 175m away.

The beach of San Marcos is 3,75 km away and 9 minutes by car. The closest restaurant and supermarket are 2 minutes away by car or 5 minutes walking. Many shops, restaurants, museums, gardens can also be found in the beautiful town of Icod de los Vinos , about 2 Km away, that also keeps the oldest tree of the Canary Islands : the Milenial Drago.

Only 10 min away are the natural sea pools of Garachico, beautiful beach of el Socorro, and 20 minutes away the cosmopolitan town of Puerto de la Cruz with many restaurants, beaches and natural pools designed by the famous local sculptur Cesar Manrique.

From Tenerife South Airport to the holiday home there is a distance of 70km and from Tenerife Norte around 40 km. 

The cozy Canarian cottage is freestanding except for a narrow side that adjoins the neighboring house. It has a big top terrace with different areas: to rest, to eat or to enjoy the sunrise or sunsets. It's accessible by a spiral staircase. At the bottom it's another outside patio. This one is covered by green plants and a little fountain that creates a calm, refreshing,and relaxing ambience specially in hot days.

The patio leads directly into a big double bedroom very light and with views also to the volcano. It has a bathroom with shower, small kitchen with all appliances and a cozy living room also with volcano views. Parking is situated outside the property.

The big attic terrace is around 40 m2 partly covered with bamboo roof and sofa and seating area. The terrace has other areas for sun bedding, eating, and bar style area to enjoy the sea views.

The green shaded patio has a fountain area for relaxing ambience, and has sofas to rest.

Parking is situated just outside the property in a quiet street with hardly any traffic.

The house is non smoking, for a maximum of 2 people.

All rooms have wooden ceilings and floors, and include the typical volcano Canarian stones for decoration in some of the walls.
