This finca is in a quiet location above the coastal town of Playa San Juan, about 260m above the sea, in the sunny west of Tenerife.

The property is very quiet and private and has a beautiful panoramic view over the west coast and the Atlantic over to La Gomera.

The finca with several units offers good comfort. For example, it has a heated swimming pool and a pool bar. Another highlight is the 7,600 m² tropical garden with ornamental and fruit plants and resting oases. Perfect to just relax and enjoy.

The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa in the corner, as well as an open and modern kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with Ceran stove, oven, fridge and much more kitchen utensils.There are also two bedrooms with double beds, television and bathroom en suite. Both have a separate entrance and are not connected to the other rooms. The bathrooms are equipped with shower, toilet, bidet, hair dryer and bathrobes. All rooms are lovely decorated with great attention to detail.

• Separate living room with integrated American kitchen
• Terrace with deck chairs
• Bedroom Ficus with bathroom-en-suite and own entrance
• Bedroom Banquillo with bathroom-en-suite and own entrance
• Note: The bedrooms (own entrance) are not directly accessible from the living room.

There is a community terrace with grill, sunloungers, and cozy furniture for relaxing moments. You can also use an open-air massaging chair or the pool bar. The pool area is surrounded by teakwood and several sunloungers and seating areas. Both terrace offer great sea view. A great place to enjoy your holidays!

- Price for 3 persons/ day for the use of 2 bedrooms
(If you only book the 1 bedroom, the 2nd bedroom will be locked.)
Each bedroom has its own entrance from the outside and can also be rented separately to one of the other houses on the finca.

- 1 cot + high chair only on prior availability request. Price 40€ once for the whole stay

- Child up to 6 years in parents' bed free

- Minimum rental period during the Christmas period is 14 days.

- 15 % Christmas surcharge (18.12. - 08.01.)

- If you arrive after 20:00, a one-time fee of 30€ will be charged.

In the resort of Playa San Juan, 6km away, and in the district town of Guía de Isora, barely 3km away, you will find everything from typical Spanish restaurants with tapas, fresh fish and Canarian country wine to gourmet restaurants, bars and cafés. You will also find supermarkets, shops and boutiques in Playa San Juan, but also in Alcalá and Puerto Santiago.
