Fantastic new flat with sea view, close to the ocean in El Médano - great for athletes, families, kiters and surfers. The Cabezo beach and beach bar are about 180 m away, the center of El Médano and the local beach are about 3 minutes to walk.
Next to the beach in El Médano is a beautiful Plaza with cafes, shops, bars and local restaurants. The image of Médano is mainly characterized by the red mountain, the "Montana Roja" and the numerous activities for water sports lovers.
The city has a long sandy beach that merges into the water. There are also several bike rental companies, a diving school and some surf / kite schools. That is the reason why El Médano is perfect for families with kids and surfers!
Several golf courses can be reached within 10 minutes.
Please note that in Médano due to the proximity to the airport, depending on the take-off and landing direction, there may be audible air traffic!

The flat is in very good condition and was very clean. We received a friendly welcome and were shown everything we needed to know. The manager, Jochen, took great care when a key was lost and immediately arranged for a new lock to be fitted to the door and security locks to be fitted to the windows and even personally guarded the flat during the time we were eating out. Kudos to all the staff. We can highly recommend this flat, only about 200 m to the nearest beach and about 10 minutes walk to the centre of El Medano with many nice shops and restaurants.
El Medano is a beautiful original village with various beaches, especially suitable for surfers. But there is also a lot to discover on foot in and around the village. We liked the neighbouring village of Los Abrigos very much, with a small harbour and two good fish restaurants. In El Medano, we often sat on the promenade and also ate, we felt particularly comfortable in the Agua Cafe.
