Private holida flat in quiet location with sea view terrace, pool in Chayofa

Holiday flat 1 (studio) in luxury villa with pool and Jacuzzi. Chayofa (at a height of about 300 metres) is situated about 3km above Los Cristianos - South Tenerife.

This idyllic town is well-known for its beautiful gardens. The beaches and golf courses in the South of the island are only a few minutes by car, and the airport is only 14km away. A hired car is not necessary but is recommended. In Chayofa there are tennis courts, some restaurants and two small supermarkets.

The living space of this nice studio is 26sqm. It has a combined living room and bedroom with kitchen and bathroom.

The bedroom with double bed is in an alcove separated from the living room.
The bathroom has a WC, bidet, shower, washbasin, hair dryer, two bathrobes and make-up mirror. Towels and bedlinen are available. Because of the huge balcony door and the furnishings, the studio is light.
The kitchen has everything you need for cooking: 2 hotplates, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fruit press, fridge. There are also satellite TV, radio and WLAN.

The holiday flat has a huge terrace (28sqm) with adjacent garden to the south. Here you can relax on the garden furniture (4 chairs, 2 sun loungers, table, sunshade).
