This modern flat, located directly at the Atlantic, is in the sunny south of Tenerife/ El Medano. The flat is in a residential building and offers from the fourth floor and the front row in which it is located a great view.
El Medano is known as a kite and surfing area, because there prevail the perfect winds.
The place itself has remained still original and therefore no mass tourism, ideal to spend a relaxing holiday.
Behind the mountain Montaña Roja (Red Mountain), which is a nature reserve, is the beach La Tejita, which is partly designated as nudist beach and the longest sandy beach of Tenerife.
El Medano is also not far from the highway, good starting point for exploring the island to sights such as the Teide, to explore the Masca Valley or the Anagamountains or to visit the areas of Los Cristianos, Las Americas or even the capital of Santa Cruz.

The modern 120 sqm flat is located on the 4th/ top floor of a residential building with elevator. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a stunning location, this will be an oasis for up to 6 people.
The living room has a comfortable couch and a chair, both have a television view, as well and that's even nicer a direct view to the Atlantic. Right next to the living room is the dining table with seating for 6 persons.
The separate kitchen is modern and bright. Here you will find everything you need on holiday. For example, a fridge freezer, a cooker, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and much more. The washing machine is also in the kitchen.
The bedrooms are set up as follows: The master bedroom has a double bed with the dimensions 1.50 x 1.90 m, the second bedroom has a bunk bed with each measuring 0.90 x 1.90 m, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds (0, 90 x 1.90 m).
The large bathroom has a bath with shower attachment and the 2nd small but nice bathroom has a shower.
In all the flat are built-in wardrobes that provide ample storage space.
From the living room leads to the large furnished balcony with beautiful view of the sea and the Montana Roja (= the red mountain).
