Just relax: Country house on a charming estate with pool & panoramic view

The Rural property is on the rural countryside, in the picturesque town Taucho, in the west of Tenerife
Here are - separated from each other - two about 120 years old, lovingly restored and qualitatively impressive Canarian cottages, both one-storyed. Around them are numerous fruit trees, ornamental shrubs, flowers and spices (thyme, rosemary, mint). These give this place a romantic and dreamy atmosphere and a lovely spicy fragrance.
Anyone staying at this resort, will find quietness, the closeness to the nature and a fascinating panoramic view.
Do you like hiking? Then you can start walking right from the house.
On the property there is a landscaped sun/ swimming area with a swimming pool (9x5m; climatisada  with heat pump throughout the year), a gazebo with garden furniture and 2 armchairs and enough sun loungers on the lawn around the pool. Apricot trees, vines and various other plants surround this oasis of peace and well-being.

The view from the pool area sweeps over the west coast to the Atlantic Ocean. On a clear day you can see the neighboring islands of La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro.

In the outside area of the house are also an enclosed barbecue area with a double grill (gas and/ or charcoal, as desired), a kitchen counter with sink, an additional refrigerator and a dining table with wooden benches with space for at least 8 people.

The house has an old-traditional Canarian specialty - all rooms are only accessible from the outside - that means: kitchen and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms from the covered terrace on the left side of the house and the large living room on the right side.
In addition to the living room, also both bedrooms have their own TV (incl. Satellite channels). In the bedrooms there are otherwise 2 single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m), a wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps and chairs. One of the bedrooms has an antique dressing table with a large mirror. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin and towels. (A hair dryer does not exist!) Of course, the kitchen is decorated in the traditional style - therefore you can´t expect a fitted kitchen. But it's well equipped, with everything you need for cooking, large fridge/ freezer, 2-burner stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, electric juicer and much more. There is also a dining table with 4 small wooden benches, but most guests eat outside on the covered terrace, overlooking the countryside.
Washing machine and drying rack are available, as electric radiators in the rooms for cooler days.

Note: The pool is climatisada by heat pump, but a certain water temperature is not guaranteed.
