Property description
Beautiful and cheap accommodation for 3 people, directly by the sea in Playa San Marcos in Tenerife. In the outdoor area there is a communal pool and a garden. It is only 7 minutes on foot to the beach Playa San Marcos. There are 2 elevators in the building which end on the 6th floor. Then you need to use the stairs until the 7th floor, where this flat is located.
At the beach you will find several restaurants (fish restaurants, pizzeria, etc.), as well as a pharmacy and a supermarket.
Equipment
The 80m² flat has 2 balconies (one at the living room and the second at the bedroom). There are 2 sofas, a dining table with 4 chairs and a TV in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, etc.
One bedroom has a double bed (150x190cm) and the other one a single bed (90x190cm). The bathroom has a shower. You do not only have an amazing view of the ocean and the sunsets but also of the Teide – Tenerife’s most famous landmark. The view only is already worth spending your holidays in this flat. It is truly incomparable.
The pool terrace offers you sun loungers, a garden and direct access to the quiet and clean beach.
